We do not tolerate abuse and have the right to refuse service. 

 

We do not accept refunds, in a very unlikely situation where you are unhappy with a service please return the the salon within five days in order to have the problem dealt with as soon as possible. We do not deal with any problems that might occur after this timeframe. 

 

Each gift voucher is valid for three months, can only be used once. If there is any remaining balance on the gift voucher we would provide a new gift voucher.

We do not accept responsibility for lost gift vouchers, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
